Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at SNIPES, you will fully manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring store cleanliness, setting up sales/promotions, processing register functions, managing merchandise presentation, driving sales and profitability, and training associates. Candidates should have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities, along with at least 2 years of experience in retail leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
