Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring compliance with store standards for cleanliness, executing sales/promotions, and maintaining merchandise presentation. Responsibilities include assisting in training associates, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining communication on operational goals. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department
- College degree
