Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at SNIPES, you will oversee store operations and staff in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring compliance with company cleanliness standards and effective sales promotion setups. Your role includes managing register functions, monitoring sales goals, and training associates on operational tasks. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities, with at least 2 years of retail leadership experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a college degree is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
