Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at SNIPES, you will fully manage store operations and staff in the absence of the Store Manager. Key responsibilities include ensuring store cleanliness, setting up sales promotions, processing register functions, directing merchandise presentation, driving sales and profitability, monitoring team performance, and training associates. Candidates should have a strong customer service orientation, exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a disciplined work ethic. This position values enthusiasm for the brand and requires standing for long periods and lifting items between 15-30 pounds.
