Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring store cleanliness, processing register functions, executing sales/promotions, and maintaining merchandise presentation. The role requires at least 2 years of retail leadership experience, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service focus. You will assist in driving sales and profitability, training associates, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- College degree a plus but not required
Additional Requirements
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
