Job Summary
Manage store staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring cleanliness, processing register functions, executing sales and promotions, and driving sales and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department
- College degree a plus but not required
