Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will fully manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring store cleanliness, setting up sales/promotions, processing register functions, maintaining merchandise presentation, driving sales and profitability, and training associates. Required qualifications include being at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant retail leadership experience. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong customer service, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus
- College degree a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Strong problem solving skills
