Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage store staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, processing register functions, setting up sales promotions, and achieving sales goals. You will assist in team management, training, and performance evaluation. Qualifications include strong customer service and communication skills, retail leadership experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is a plus. This role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- College degree a plus
Additional Requirements
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
