Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at SNIPES, you will manage store staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring the store meets cleanliness standards, processing transactions, and executing sales promotions timely. You will assist in training staff, achieving sales goals, and maintaining merchandise presentation according to company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
