Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage store staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring store cleanliness and compliance with Company standards. You will assist in setting up promotions, processing register functions, and monitoring merchandise presentation. Applicant must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong drive for results, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and evaluating team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department Supervisor
Additional Requirements
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
