Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include assisting in maintaining store cleanliness, setting up sales and promotions, processing register functions, executing floor set guides, and ensuring merchandise presentation. Leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving sales goals is expected. You will assist in training associates and monitor performance in key metrics such as sales volume and loss prevention. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, enthusiasm for the brand, and the ability to adapt in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- College degree is a plus but not required
