Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage store staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Key responsibilities include ensuring store cleanliness, setting up sales/promotion signage, processing register functions, maintaining merchandise presentation standards, and achieving sales goals. Ideal candidates will possess at least 2 years of retail leadership experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong drive for results. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
