Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring store cleanliness and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include setting up sales, processing register functions, maintaining merchandise presentation, driving sales, and training associates. Candidates must demonstrate leadership, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities. A minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
