Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring the store meets cleanliness standards, processing register functions, driving sales, maintaining merchandise presentation, and training associates. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of retail leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and enthusiasm for the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- College degree a plus but not required
Additional Requirements
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
