Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will fully manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness standards, setting up sales/promotions, processing register functions, and ensuring compliance with floor set guides. You will drive sales and profitability by achieving established goals, assist in training associates, and manage markdowns and transfers. Effective communication, strong customer service, leadership skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department Manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Additional Requirements
