Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring compliance with company standards for cleanliness, effectively setting up promotions, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also assist in training associates, driving sales, and implementing merchandising strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
Additional Requirements
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
