Job Summary
Manage store operations and staff in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards, sales floor set guides, and Visual Merchandising requirements. Process register functions, execute promotions, and oversee markdowns and transfers while monitoring sales volume, hourly production, and loss prevention. Direct associate training on register and Aptos functions, evaluate individual performance against store goals, and secure company funds per policy. Assist Store Management, Human Resources, and District Management in driving profitability and achieving established targets. Requires standing for long periods and lifting 15-30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years' experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager
- Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
