Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness on the sales floor and stockroom, setting up sales and promotions, processing register functions, demonstrating leadership to drive sales and profitability, assisting in training associates, and evaluating individual performance metrics. Successful candidates will exhibit strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and will be driven and goal-oriented.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department
