Job Summary
Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the store team to provide an exceptional guest experience while managing daily cash activities and ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines. Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators to identify improvement opportunities, drive implementation of company programs, and develop local marketing plans to support brand initiatives. Maintain strict adherence to brand standards for appearance, cleanliness, and product quality, utilizing operational tools like the Profit and Loss Statement and Data Central to achieve excellence. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to run the store effectively, collaborating with the General Manager to deliver healthy retail products to the community.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing
- Knowledgeable of general POS functionality
- Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws and local statutes
- ServSafe Certification
- Ability to work the hours needed to run your store effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays
- Reliable transportation
