Responsible for store operations at Smoothie King Coppell, including learning franchise policies/procedures for smoothies and food, hiring and supervising employees, weekly financial reporting to the corporate office, scheduling, ordering food and supplies, and upholding brand standards while delivering a health-conscious customer experience.
