Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in hiring, developing, and leading a passionate team while using operational tools to ensure compliance with food safety guidelines. Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators to identify improvements, manage cash activities, and uphold brand standards consistently. Drive implementation of company programs, support local marketing initiatives, and assist in developing store marketing plans. Provide exceptional guest experiences and act with integrity to promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Full weekend and weekday night availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Reliable Transportation
- Full weekend availability
