Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by assisting the General Manager with recruiting, scheduling, and training front- and back-of-house teams. Manage employee performance through coaching, counseling, and policy enforcement while ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and health regulations. Conduct regular restaurant inspections, track inventory, and resolve food preparation or service issues to maintain customer satisfaction and facility safety. Handle difficult situations with a calm demeanor and enforce safety procedures including injury reporting and equipment checks. Requires flexible scheduling including weekends and nights, a Manager Food Handler Certification, and at least one year of food service leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of previous food service, retail, or restaurant leadership experience
- Restaurant experience
- Manager Food Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain)
- Flexible schedule required, including weekends and nights
