Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations across 1920 Merch, Next Stop DC, and HBCU retail spaces. Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling retail associates while monitoring sales goals to improve store performance. Maintain visual merchandising standards, oversee inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures. Provide staff supervision, coaching, and performance feedback. Support communication with headquarters regarding promotions and assist with creating social media content. Requires 1–2+ years of retail experience with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Offers dental, health, vision, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support team management and daily operations
