Job Summary
Plans and leads warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts; ensures smooth flow of warehousing activities; collaborates with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and service providers to manage warehouse utilities and equipment; monitors stock aging and flags aging/near-expiry items for disposition; enforces receiving, handling, and storage guidelines for materials; requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field, at least 5 years of supervisory warehousing experience, and strong WMS knowledge; must reside in or have relatives in Danao City, Cebu or nearby areas; duties emphasize planning, organizing, directing, and controlling warehouse operations with a focus on leadership, collaboration, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- At least five (5) years of supervisory experience in warehousing management operations
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) backend processes
- Strong leadership, high integrity, good interpersonal relations, effective communication, decision-making, high stress tolerance
- Residing in or having relatives in Danao City, Cebu or nearby municipalities
