Job Summary
Assist Manager in Service Accessibility & Transport with contract management, fleet management of leased vehicles, procurement and vehicle lifecycle activities (COE, road tax renewals, inventory), and administrative duties. Undertakes transport-operations projects and may cover the head of unit’s duties in their absence. Requires a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or transport discipline, at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, team leadership ability, proficiency in MS Office/data management, prior transport/logistics/fleet management experience, and a valid Class 3 driving license.
Required Qualifications
- Min. a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or transport related discipline
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively lead a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools
- Prior experience in transport operations, logistics, or fleet management will be an advantage
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
