Job Summary
Lead and manage production activities, ensuring alignment with engineering principles and customer requirements; meet production targets and on-time delivery; monitor quality, efficiency, and team performance; manage KPIs and drive process improvements; oversee WIP inventory and operational flow; develop and lead the team in a safe, compliant environment; handle equipment validation, calibration, and preventive maintenance; manage ECN & NPI processes to meet customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- BSc / Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, or Production Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
