Job Summary
Assistant Manager for the Selling Floor at Deerfield Towne Center Rack leads on-floor selling and team development. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and motivating the sales team; assisting the department manager in achieving sales and productivity goals by executing business plans; coaching staff to deliver outstanding customer service; ensuring merchandising and presentation standards; actively selling to build customer relationships; assisting with inventory management and shrinkage control. Requires a track record of strong productivity and results, competitive drive, and the ability to succeed in a commission-based environment. Ideal candidate has experience developing relationships with store leadership, strong organizational skills, and a high school diploma (preferred).
Required Qualifications
