Job Summary
Recruit, hire, train, develop, and motivate the selling floor team while assisting the department manager in achieving volume and productivity goals. Execute a business plan to ensure salespeople deliver outstanding customer service, actively sell on the floor to build loyal relationships, and maintain merchandising and presentation standards. Manage inventory accuracy and shrinkage goals through direct oversight. This role requires a track record of successful results in a commission-based environment and strong organizational skills. Required Qualifications
- A track record of successful results, for example, strong productivity, personal trade, etc.
- Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment
- The ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with department and store managers, divisional retail merchandiser and other leaders
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills

- A high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
