Job Summary
Market self-storage solutions to potential customers and engage with clients to provide an exceptional experience. Perform daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent, while handling general maintenance tasks like sweeping, mopping, and cleaning to maintain curb appeal. Process payments accurately and manage cash handling duties. Transport and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, while spending up to 50% of your time outdoors. Work regular business hours with weekend availability, reporting to the District Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation
- Effective 5/7/25 MUST have a Real ID or Passport
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Ability to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal
- Ability to work on weekends
- Must be able to travel 50% or more of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience
