Assistant Manager - Security - Rail & Inland Terminals - Powarkheda

Job Summary
Lead and drive DP World Security on Rail & Inland Terminals in Powarkheda by enforcing security policies and compliance with government mandates and ISO 28000:2022/TAPA standards. Build a security-aware culture through campaigns, training, and outreach; conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on security matters for new projects; coordinate with regional peers, law enforcement, and vendors to mitigate exposures. Oversee loss prevention programs, security audits, and system projects; manage third-party guards, and ensure effective liaison with operations to strengthen security and loss prevention across the site.
Required Qualifications
- Defence Services (10 Years) OR Police/CAPF or other law enforcement Officer (5 Years) OR Extensive civilian security background with large Multinational Corporations (10+ years)
- Experience in security compliance frameworks (CSI, TAPA, etc.) and/or ISO Management Standards
- Good experience in warehouse security management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience or qualifications in electronic security systems (CCTV, EAS, Security System Software)
- Extensive experience in loss prevention
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- New hire orientation & training experience
- Management of third-party Guard force, ensuring training and daily performance
