Assistant Manager, Security and EMS

Assist the Security and Emergency Services Manager in program compliance, quality assurance, investigations, training, and administrative support while serving as the primary backup during absences. Oversee community security through gatehouse operations, patrols, access control, and visitor registration, and manage safety programs including incident reporting, emergency call systems, and hazard communication. Establish and maintain the department operating budget, ensure proper documentation of incidents, and lead the team with accountability. This role requires a minimum of two years in SES management and one year as an emergency responder, with a starting salary of $65,000.
