Assistant Manager

Drive membership sales by educating customers on routine wellness care benefits while leading, training, and mentoring a high-performing sales and service team. Manage daily operations to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and service excellence, ensuring a safe and positive experience for all dogs and customers. Monitor key performance indicators including average ticket price, rebook ratio, and retail sales to improve results, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism. Maintain a clean, organized facility adhering to safety standards and foster a supportive, high-energy team culture. Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
