Job Summary
Lead team leadership, motivation, and overall financial management while driving same-store sales growth and optimizing line speed. Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring cleanliness, food quality, and adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service matters and reviews, assisting the General Manager with weekly reports, staffing, inventory, and online ordering. Attend store management meetings and review employee schedules to maintain operational excellence. Requires 2+ years of high-volume full-service restaurant management experience and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ YEARS of HIGH-VOLUME FULL-SERVICE restaurant management experience
- Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests
- Be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic experience with Microsoft Suite
- Have a thorough knowledge of The Sicilian Butcher culture
- Must be able to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly)
- Required to ascend and descend stairs
- Required to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- lift up to 50 pounds
- bend, stoop and kneel
- May be required to work outside in various weather conditions
- Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment
- Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state
- Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions
- Must be able to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes
