Job Summary
Assistant Manager to lead the local team alongside the Operations Manager, coach and develop staff, maintain daily operations, resolve guest concerns, process sales transactions with cash handling, and promote world-class guest service. Responsibilities include driving revenue, reducing costs, maintaining vendor relations at all locations, and assisting with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and recruiting. Photography experience is not required; role involves an outdoor environment and peak retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Focus areas include leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive, collaborative work culture.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory/management experience preferred
