Job Summary
Lead daily store operations and serve as the acting store leader in the absence of the Store Manager. Coach, train, and develop team members while driving sales growth and building wholesale account relationships. Deliver exceptional retail and wholesale customer service by resolving concerns professionally and maintaining operational standards. Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and merchandising to ensure store safety and cleanliness. Approximately 45 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory motor vehicle record
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Approximately 45 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Retail, automotive, or auto parts experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and technology platforms
