Job Summary
Drive end-to-end sales for TRUMPF laser cutting systems, CNC bending machines, and punching machines within target manufacturing sectors. Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads while managing relationships with existing industrial clients, job shops, and OEM facilities. Conduct technical presentations, machine demonstrations, and application discussions to demonstrate ROI to Plant Managers and Purchase Heads. Prepare detailed technical-commercial proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value machinery contracts. Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer expansion plans to identify growth opportunities. Maintain an active sales pipeline, manage accurate forecasting, and track progress using CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial/Production Engineering, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of proven technical sales experience in capital equipment, machine tools, or sheet metal machinery
- Strong familiarity with laser cutting technology, press brakes, CNC bending systems, and sheet metal fabrication processes
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and local regional languages
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel across assigned industrial territories for customer meetings and machine site visits
