Job Summary
Process incoming customer deduction and check request claims for distributors and operators using systems such as PACMAN, AMP, TPM, and SAP. Validate claims against PepsiCo Foodservice contracts and Trade Spend guidelines to minimize P&L leakage by researching and resolving distributor deductions. Analyze customer trade trends to make recommendations that mitigate risk and exposure while providing exceptional customer support through collaboration with internal and external partners. Deliver ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed, taking ownership of personal and team goals in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High school diploma
- Strong computer skills & proficiency with Microsoft applications (e.g., intermediate Excel)
- Strong data analysis experience
- Proven success in analytical and organizational skills coupled with an attention to detail
- Proven success prioritizing and multi-tasking assignments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to interface with multiple levels of internal and external business partners
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or relevant work experience
- SAP knowledge
- Trade Spend and/or FSV experience
- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and timely results
- Ability to maintain confidentiality to sensitive information
