Job Summary
Assistant Manager- Sales assists with soliciting and handling sales opportunities, ensures turnover to service delivery in a timely fashion, and helps lead day-to-day sales activities focused on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with off-property sales channels, developing relationships with customers, participating in sales calls and events, generating proposals and contracts, understanding market trends and target customers, and delivering exceptional customer service to grow share of the account.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required
