Job Summary
Lead the mid-to-long-term sales strategy for CP Japan in Tokyo, driving market development, target attainment, and cross-functional collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, including overseas teams. Own business-target planning (territory, channels, new business development), manage key customer/industry relationships (global Japanese key accounts and transplant activities outside Japan), oversee external communications (product launches, promotions, safety/regulatory communications), and develop organizational capability aligned with BU objectives while coordinating cross-BU and cross-country initiatives.
Required Qualifications
