Job Summary
Assistant Manager - Sales at BASF Thailand in Bangkok. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets for cCM1 and volume, compiling market information on potential customers and competitors, providing accurate APO forecasts and stock control, collaborating with Customer Service Operations, Supply Chain Management, Technical Development & Global Key Account Management, recording customer information in Salesforce (visit reports, opportunities, risks, contacts, samples requests, pricing), driving innovation and sustainability projects with existing and new customers, expanding relationships to understand customer needs, ensuring accurate volume forecasts, and supporting teamwork and the unit. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Business, or a related field, at least 5 years of relevant sales/market development experience in the chemical industry (PU preferred), strong knowledge of polymers, strong English communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce. Location: Emporium office, Bangkok.
