Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while fostering a positive, inclusive work culture. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management or assistant manager sales role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial metrics and drive profit growth
