Job Summary
Manage staff on duty, ensuring all assigned duties are completed throughout the shift, including cleaning and restocking. Oversee daily pool operations, checking and adjusting chemicals three times per day, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Conduct tours and address customer inquiries to build relationships with families, and handle phone calls regarding enrollment and class schedules. Manage iClassPro operations for new enrollments, transfers, and billing, ensuring curriculum cards are updated weekly. Assist in opening and closing the facility, conducting incident reports, and participating in holiday closure cleaning. Help conduct monthly Splash and Tell events.
Required Qualifications
- CPR and Lifeguard certifications
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate business demands
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a lifeguard, pool management, or facility operations preferred
