Job Summary
Support the General Manager in overseeing 4-wall swim school operations, managing class scheduling and staffing levels, and driving sales growth through enrollment. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining facility safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Supervise instructors and lifeguards, manage recruitment and onboarding, and provide ongoing training and coaching to team members. Deliver a world-class customer experience by addressing inquiries, enhancing retention strategies, and managing social media and community relations. Work full-time, 30+ hours weekly across weekdays, weeknights, and weekends on-site.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Associate's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while being agile and taking initiative
- Comfortable working around water and interacting with children and parents
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Must be on your feet for long periods
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
- Lifeguard certification
