Job Summary
Assists the Store Manager in operating the store efficiently and in compliance with laws and company policies; provides customer service leadership to the store team; ensures merchandising integrity, proper sign placement, and execution of marketing programs; drives sales while maintaining asset controls; supports staff development, coaching, and retention; oversees timely completion of store reports and paperwork, and responds to emergencies to ensure safety of customers and employees.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Completion of the Assistant Store Manager Training program and other relevant Company required training programs and required certifications
- Good understanding of Company systems and technology
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues
- Knowledge of retail business management practices
- Knowledge of all types of store transactions and related programs
- Knowledge of ways to handle customer and employee injuries, incidents and accidents
