Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager responsible for direct support of the store manager, ensuring efficient operations in compliance with laws and company policies; manages employees, drives sales and profits, maintains asset controls, and leads a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Key duties include supervising staff, enforcing policies, maintaining a clean and organized store, fostering customer-service excellence, developing leaders, responding to emergencies, executing merchandising and marketing programs with plan-o-gram integrity, maximizing sales, ensuring accurate transactions, rotating foodservice products, and completing timely store reports and performance appraisals. Required training programs and certifications, strong communication, knowledge of retail management practices, and familiarity with store transactions and company systems. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and various movements; availability to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.
