Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines, staffing, scheduling, and payroll management. Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service and seamless processes. Conduct floorset updates, build visual displays, and operate register and point-of-sale systems to fulfill omnichannel orders. Train and develop non-management staff while driving sales through product knowledge and brand awareness. Analyze reporting to inform decision-making and protect store assets through inventory control. Maintain fluency in English and Dutch to support customer focus and team engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Dutch
- Maintain a strong customer focus
- Knowledge of current fashion trends
- Drive to achieve results and exhibit a strong work ethic
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team building and ability to coach others
- Take initiative and demonstrate confidence
