Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Roseville Cinema supports the General Manager by overseeing daily guest services, facility operations, and employee coaching. Primary duties include supervising Concession, Box Office, Kitchen, and Usher duties; recruiting, training, and assessing floor staff; answering customer questions and resolving complaints; daily inventory and end-of-shift cash-out; maintaining a clean, safe theater environment; and ensuring compliance with liquor laws while performing other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates have management experience in theater, service, or retail, are professional and able to lead a diverse team, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of customer service experience, 1 year of supervisory experience, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework preferred
- 1 year customer service experience
- 1 year employee supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects as needed
