Job Summary
Entry-level management role assisting in day-to-day Rooms Operations across Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry, Staff, AYS, and Concierge/Guest Services. Supports opening/closing Front Desk shifts, reviews room operations reports, ensures staffing and supplies, assists with night audit procedures, and enforces loss prevention policies. Contributes to budgeting through revenue and occupancy management, expense control, and payroll tracking. Focuses on guest and employee satisfaction by engaging with guests, handling feedback, and guiding staff to achieve service standards and consistent positive guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
