Assistant Manager

Assist the Site Manager with overall site operation, focusing on customer service, staffing, equipment, and site maintenance while striving to surpass customer expectations. Resolve customer concerns and damage claims, maintain incident reports for off-duty accidents, and manage chemical and vending inventory. Train and coach the wash team on safety, customer relations, and wash procedures, enforce safety standards, and perform scheduled equipment maintenance or coordinate repairs. Complete opening and closing duties, maintain accurate records, handle cash transactions, and manage budgeted operational costs. Interact with suppliers as needed and ensure the facility remains clean, attractive, and safe.
