Assistant Manager

Assist the Site Manager with overall site operation, focusing on customer service, staffing, equipment maintenance, sales volume, quality, and performance. Fulfill company mission and values by resolving customer concerns, maintaining incident reports, and recruiting, hiring, and training team members. Train the wash team on safety procedures, wash protocols, and policies while enforcing safety standards and maintaining a clean facility. Manage chemical and vending inventory, coordinate equipment repairs, perform scheduled maintenance, handle cash transactions, and generate required reports. Complete opening and closing duties and maintain budgeted operational costs. Work a rotating schedule with paid weekly compensation, including bonuses, commission, and benefits like health insurance and 401k.
